When eccentric lottery winner Neville (Tim Key) retreats to the windswept isolation of Wallis Island, he plans to live out his days in peace and peculiar luxury. But solitude doesn’t satisfy his imagination for long. Driven by an obsession with music and a flair for the absurd, Neville uses his fortune to lure his favourite musicians to perform private gigs in his crumbling island manor.
As word spreads and increasingly bizarre artists arrive—some willingly, others under odd pretenses—Neville’s dream begins to unravel. His old friend and reluctant confidante Charlie (Tom Basden) is called in to help, only to find himself swept up in Neville’s delusional world. With the arrival of a skeptical music journalist (Carey Mulligan) and an enigmatic former pop star (Sian Clifford), the island becomes a stage for comedy, chaos and the fragile line between passion and madness.
