The joyous sequel to 2018’s Book Club catches up with our four best friends – played by Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen – who made it through COVID lockdowns and are still meeting up to read, laugh and set the world to rights.
This time, they’re taking their book club to Italy for Vivian’s (Fonda) late-life bachelorette party, the fun girls’ trip they never had. But when things go off the rails and secrets are revealed, their relaxing vacation turns into a riotous, once-in-a-lifetime cross-country adventure.
