Customers will be asked to observe social distancing at all times. This will be monitored by venue staff.
Groups of Friends/Family wishing to attend the cinema together will be expected to socially distance. Individuals should not be sat directly next to anyone who is not within the same household or social bubble.
If you wish to make a booking for 3+ seats together, please contact our Box Office directly on 01403 750220 and our friendly staff will be able to allocate seats for you. Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 8pm, Saturday 12.30pm to 8pm and Sunday 12.30 to 5pm to take your telephone bookings.
All customers entering the venue will be required to provide their full name and contact details as part of the Test and Trace programme. This is to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.
